Shipping
All our packages are shipped using Post.nl. We cannot be held liable for the delivery times and delivery by Post.nl. If you want guaranteed tracking, we ask you to request a track and trace shipment in the comments, and we will send you an additional payment request.
Complaints

Returns
You can return your order. We will refund the returned items to you. However, return shipping costs are at your own expense.
